Our Guiding Philosophy

Established in 2000, Open Arms Child Development Center is a non-profit ministry of Zion Lutheran Church. Open Arms provides a child care program of the highest quality designed to meet the needs of concerned working parents of Fairbanks, Alaska and the surrounding areas. Each child is guided to develop his or her potential in every aspect of life within the shelter and nurturing relationships of Christian love.
